Despite global acclaim, early pilots in Japan struggled with low teacher adoption and a hesitation to embrace the platform. Unfold Learning Design acted as the pedagogical architect, partnering with product teams to realign the platform’s features with the pulse of Japanese teaching practices. We crafted curriculum-integrated lesson plans that breathed life into national learning objectives, ensuring every activity resonated with the cultural identity and lived experiences of Japanese students.
