Our newest Insights article begins with a fact that is easy to miss: there are more strong, well-made programs available than any school could adopt, and a great many of them sit unused. The scarcity, it argues, is not in the making. It is in the fitting, the patient work of folding a good program into how a teacher already teaches. Drawing on more than fifteen years in the classroom, the piece asks what we are really handing a teacher when we give them a good program and nothing else. It speaks to any EdTech company, publisher, or program developer whose work has to survive a real room. We would be glad for you to read it.
