Founder profile
Founder and lead consultant: Tomoya Tsutsumi
Tomoya Tsutsumi has more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning across K–12, higher education, and adult learning in Canada. As a member of the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT), he specializes in creating inclusive, learner-centered environments.
After returning to Japan, he spent four years, leading the rollout of a professional learning program for educators at Apple’s Worldwide Education team, overseeing strategy, program design, and facilitator authorization and development.
His broader work spans curriculum and experience design for schools and companies, educator development, mentoring, coaching, and speaking at conferences in Canada and other countries.
Tomoya holds a Master’s from McGill University and a Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School, and is completing a Certificate in Instructional Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
He is committed to designing learning that is relevant, engaging, meaningful and rooted in both global insight and local context.
